Other plumbers have come in an done a quick-fix, which didn't actually fix the cause of our problems. Both technicians we worked with this time were great at troubleshooting things and explaining the process to us.

Then he went to work replacing a hose bib and installing 2 low flow toilets. His work was efficient and he cleaned up afterwards. I will definitely use Neighborhood Plumbing again.

The office staff actually wrote my information down correctly, had a representative show up the next day exactly on time, communicating with me 20 minutes prior to his arrival per my request. The representative was prepared and knowledgeable. He assessed, scheduled, returned and performed very clean work at a fair price.
